I have to say, this is the best “diet” I have ever tried. I have been able to eat 2400 calories a day and still lose weight. I don’t feel miserable or sick. I am hardly ever really hungry. And once you read the material it is pretty easy to follow. I was a big skeptic at first but now I am a believer. This program is awesome. I have lost 6-7 pounds in 2 weeks.
This diet appears to be a form of calorie shifting.
